- Scheduling appointments with vendors to ensure service for clients to meet with them
- Co-ordinating with vendors to ensure service/products are provided in a timely manner
- On-going updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products via email and telephone
Rehearsal and wedding day coordination only
- Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about there wedding and determine how they wish the wedding to flow
- Preperation of a reherasel and wedding day itinerarie
- Attendance and direction at the rehearsel (up to 1 hour)
- Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Attending, overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception (up to 6 hours)
